How we use it: to respond to your inquiry, call, text, or email you about your property, schedule visits, prepare offers or listing options, keep a record of your consent, and comply with the law.
Text messages: we only text people who contacted us first and agreed to receive texts. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
Service providers: we use providers for messaging, email, and software hosting. They process information only to help us operate and may not use it for their own marketing. We may also share property details with title companies, lenders, and transaction partners as needed to complete a transaction you requested.
